The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 85 of 2025, under Sections 3/5-A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, police station Chandauli, District Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, applicant was carrying away a cow in his tata magic vehicle. It was submitted that there is no evidence of slaughtering against the applicant.
