Rai, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been filed to enlarge the applicant on bail in case crime No. 301 of 2024, u/s 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., P.S. Link Road, District Ghaziabad. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the F.I.R. in question was lodged on the basis of information received from some persons, therefore, none of the witnesses has stated that the present applicant committed murder by causing injury to the deceased. The applicant has been implicated merely on the basis of her confessional statement. Thereafter, the police showed a false recovery of knife on pointing out of the accused persons to show complicity of the applicant in the alleged crime.
