The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 167 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 12(1)(B) of the Passports Act, P.S. Gagaha, district Gorakhpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version, applicant was issued a passport and after it was expired, he has applied for another passport by using another name and by using forged and false documents. It was submitted that the applicant has applied for second passport through an agent in a bona fide manner.
