Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 366 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 120-B, 414 IPC and Sections 66-C, 66-D I.T. Act, police station Sevarahi, District Kushinagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, 64 SIMs and some forged aadhar cards were shown recovered from co-accused persons. The involvement of applicant was shown on the basis of statements of co-accused persons.
