The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 128 of 2025, under Sections 74, 115(2), 333 BNS and Section 9g/10 of POCSO Act, P.S. Fatehabad, district Agra, with the prayer to enlarge them on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. The age of victim is stated about 15 years and that in her statements under Sections 180 and 183 BNSS she has stated that on the night of 28.03.2025 applicants came at her house and caught her and she has raised alarm and after that incident of scuffle has taken place between her brother and applicants.
