Perused the material available on record. 2.The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.131 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 125, 351(3), 109, 3(5) B.N.S. and 9/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Bhrampuri, District Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. In the alleged incident no person has received any injury. Identically placed co-accused Farman has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 9.5.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14736 of 2025 (Farman vs. State of U.P.). Applicant claims parity. The applicant is in jail since 7.4.2025, having no criminal history and in case, he is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the said
