Police Station Bhatni, District Deoria during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that the applicant-accused has been falsely implicated in the murder of Satyendra Kumar Nishad by drowning. The FIR is delayed. There is no ante mortem injury on the person of the deceased. There is no last seen witness of the incident. The FIR has been lodged by father of the deceased alleging that the accused has allured his son to see the fare and get him drowned in the river Khanuwa. The applicant accused is in jail since
