The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 81 of 2025, under Section 8/22/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, police station Chilkana, District Saharanpur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, co-accused Sabir was apprehended by the police and total recovery of 1296 gram alprazolam is said to have been made from him. Applicant has been implicated in this case merely on the basis of statement of co- accused Sabir, wherein co-accused has allegedly stated that he has brought the said contraband from the applicant.
