Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 347 of 2021, under Sections 420, 275, 276 IPC and Sections 18A/27 Drugs and Cosmetics Act, P.S.- Ecotech- IIIrd, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, on 08.06.2021 a raid was conducted at the rented premises of applicant-accused, from where huge quantity of spurious medicines was made. Learned counsel submitted that applicant was not present at the spot. There is no rent-deed to show that said property was let out to applicant.
