By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 578 of 2024 at Police Station-Lohiyanagar, District-Meerut under Sections 103(1) of B.N.S. and Section 3/9/25/27 of Arms Act. The applicant is in jail since 20.11.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by trial court on 18.04.2025. The applicant has been identified as the principal offender who shot dead the deceased. The applicant had accompanied the deceased to the place of the incident on the fateful night. He was last seen running away from the spot after gunshots rang out. Weapon of assault has been recovered from the applicant. The offence is grave.
