Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 140 of 2025, under Sections 3/ 4/ 5/ 6/ 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Basti, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is landlord of the property, where alleged said prostitution racket was being run. The said property is in the name of wife of applicant. The applicant has let out the said property to Ram Karan, who is co-accused in this case. In this connection, learned counsel has referred copy of lease-deed.
