The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 88 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5A, 8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 109(1) BNS and Sections 3/5/25 Arms Act, P.S.- Shahpur, District- Muzaffarnagar, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, after an encounter with applicant and co- accused persons, 62 kg beef was recovered from them. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. In the alleged incident, no police official has sustained any injury.
