The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.173 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Mubarakpur, District- Azamgarh, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. False recovery of livestock has been shown. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The applicant is in jail since 26.04.2025. Criminal history of the applicant has been explained in para no.4 of the supplementary affidavit.
