The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 171 of 2025 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 12(1)(B) Passport Act, P.S.- Jhangaha, District- Gorakhpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation against applicant is that he was issued a passport in the name of Munib Yadav and later he has obtained second passport in the name of Manish Ahir by using fake and forged document. Learned counsel submitted that applicant has applied for the passport through agent and that applicant has no mala-fide intention.
