The applicant is in jail since 09.09.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 07.02.2025. The following arguments made by Shri Mohd Aamir, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned A.G.A.-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. Briefly put the prosecution case in the F.I.R. is that the deceased left his home on 29.08.2024 without informing anyone. He was not heard of thereafter.
