Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 65 of 2025, under Sections 3/5-A/5- B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Sections 318 & 319 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Saiyadraja, District- Chandauli with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, 14 cow species animals were being carried for the purpose of slaughtering. There is no evidence that any slaughtering has taken place.
