The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 45 of 2025, under Sections 302 B.N.S. and Sections 3/5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion (Amendment Bill), 2021, P.S.- Dhanghata, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation that applicant along with co-accused persons was indulging in conversion of religion of persons belonging to SC/ST and Backward Classes, is wholly false. No specific role has been assigned to the applicant. Learned counsel has referred facts of the matter and submitted that there is no credible evidence against the applicant.
