Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 59 of 2025, under Sections - 305 B.N.S. and Section - 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station - Ramala, District - Baghpat, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version on the night of 17/18.03.2025 applicant and co-accused Bijendra, Nadeem, Lalla, Pappu and some unknown persons have committed theft of an ox from the premises of informant. The first information report was registered under Section - 305 B.N.S.. The prosecution version that complainant has witnessed the said incident is wholly false and improbable. It w
