Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 268 of 2024, under Section 8/21/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Gangoh, District- Saharanpur with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The applicant has not been arrested at the spot and nothing has been recovered from. The allegation that while the applicant along with his sister-in-law was going on motorcycle and by seeing the police, the applicant has ran away leaving the motorcycle, from which recovery of 100 gms. smack was made, is wholly false.
