Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant, in Court today, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in S.T. No.1282 of 2015, arising out of Case Crime No. 541 of 2015, under Sections 3/ 25 Arms Act, P.S.- Katghar, District- Moradabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. In this case applicant was granted bail by Session Court, Moradabad vide order dated 01.09.2016 and after that applicant was regularly appearing before the trial Court. In the year 2019 he has fallen ill and later his wife has also suffered serious illness, who has later on passed away. Due to these reasons, applicant could not appear before the trial Court concerned and
