Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 90 of 2025, under Sections - 318(2), 319(2), 336(2), 338 BNS, Section - 60, 63, 72 Excise Act, Police Station - Shamshabad, District - Agra, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As to prosecution version total 60 litre spurious liquor was recovered from the auto of applicant. It was submitted that applicant was merely transporting the same at the instance of co-accused persons. Applicant was not aware about the said spurious liquor.
