The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 84 of 2025, Section - 3/5-A/5-B/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section - 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station - Saiyyadarja, District - Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version fifteen cow species animals were being mercilessly transported in a truck for purpose of slaughtering. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery.
