The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 421 of 2019, under Section - 8/21 NDPS Act, Police Station - Sigra, District - Varanasi, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The case relates to recovery of 40 gm 'smack' and in this case applicant was granted bail by the Trial court vide order dated 01.08.2019. After that applicant was continuously appearing before the Trial court.
