The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 166 of 2024, under Section - 325 BNS, Section - 10/11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Section - 3/8 Cow Slaughter Act,, Police Station - Achoda Kamboh, District - Sambhal, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version recovery of 150 kg beef was made from a car and the occupants of the same have ran away. Applicant is not named in the first information report.
