The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 100 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Tappal, District Aligarh during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that according to the gang chart, two cases are shown against the applicant. Out of said cases in one case being Case Crime No. 30 of 2024, under Sections 3/5Kha/8 Cow Slaughter Act and Section 4/25 Arms Act, P.S. Tappal, District Aligarh the applicant has been enlarged on bail by the competent court, whereas in another case being Case Crime No. 505 of 2023, under Section 429 IPC, P.S.
