The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 385 of 2024, under Section 307 IPC and Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. As per the contents of the first information report, the applicant was alleged to have caused fire arm injury to the father of the informant namely Badri Prasad. As per the medical report, supplementary medical report and the statement of the doctor, injury received by the injured was simple in nature.
