Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 17 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 338, 318(4), 336(3) BNS and Section 66D I.T. Act, P.S.- Cyber Crime, District- Kanpur Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge her on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, the informant has contacted 'ELITE GLOBAL CAREERS' for a job in abroad and that on pretext of providing job, an amount of Rs.28,600/- was taken from him but no job was provided. Learned counsel submitted that applicant is merely an employee of said 'ELITE GLOBAL CAREERS' and she has acted merely in her capacity as an employee. The said company 'ELITE GLOBAL CAREERS' is owned by co-accused Vivek Agnihotri and Hariom Pan
