The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 59 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, police station Kidwai Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, recovery of 20.900 kg ganja is said to have been made from the house of co-accused Smt. Pinki and merely presence of applicant was shown there. Applicant has no concern with the said recovery and he has been falsely implicated merely on the basis of suspicion. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery.
