Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 57 of 2025, under Section 3/5/25 of Arms Act, police station Puramufti, District Prayagraj, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Recovery of a country made pistol shown from the applicant is false. In the alleged raid conducted by police some pistols and cartridges were also shown recovered. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Referring to first information report and material on record, it was submitted that there is no credible evidence against applicant.
