The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 08 of 2025, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 of Immoral Traffic Act, police station Ramgarhtal, District Gorakhpur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is not named in the first information report, which was lodged against one Nitya Nishad and Khushi Patel. Victim girl has also not named the applicant.
