Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicants in Case Crime No. 39 of 2025, under Section 109 BNS, Sections 3/25, 27/4 Arms Act and Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Bahadurgarh, District- Hapur, with the prayer to enlarge them on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, applicants were indulging in cow slaughtering and when police have reached at the spot they have made firing at police party.
