The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 153 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/5ka/8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station- Nigohi, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by the co-accused Salman in Police custody. The said statement, insofar as it implicates, the applicant is unreliable. False recovery of cow remains has been shown. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. Identically placed co-accused Anas @ Kasib Hussain has been granted bail by this Court vide
