Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 140 of 2025, under Sections 3/ 4/ 5/ 6 /7 Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Basti, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, co-accused persons were running a prostitution racket and that when police have conducted raid, applicant was found present there. Learned counsel submitted that there is no independent witness of alleged incident. The applicant has not indulged in any prostitution. Learned counsel has referred facts of the matter and material on record and submitted that there is no credible evidence against applicant. The applicant is in judicial custody
