The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 131 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 IPC and Section 12/14 D.A.A. Act, P.S.- Markundi, District- Chitrakoot, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is a case of encounter with police but no police official has sustained any injury. The applicant is not named in the first information report. It is further submitted that during trial all the material witnesses have been examined before the trial Court and thus there is no possibility of tampering with evidence.
