Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 36 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87 BNS and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S.- Sahayal, District- Auraiya, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The age of victim is stated to be 17 years. In her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS, victim has stated that applicant was known to her and that on 09.03.2025 she has left her home in anger and went to Kanpur. Her mother and maternal uncle have assaulted her and they wanted to marry her with some aged person. The applicant has not done any foul act against her. In her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS, victim has stated that she has left her home i
