Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 119 of 2025, under Sections 8/21 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, P.S.- Nakur, District- Saharanpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, 31 gram illicit smack was recovered from him but there is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Mandatory provisions of N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with. Referring to facts of the matter, it was submitted that there is no credible evidence against applicant. The recovered quantity is quite less than commercial quantity.
