Heard counsel for the applicant and Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned AGA for the State-opposite party. 3.The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.526 of 2024, under Section 109 of B.N.S. and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Rasoolabad, District Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is a case of firing on the police party. No police personnel has received any injury.
