The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 52 of 2025, under Sections 60, 63 of Excise Act, Police Station- Syed Raza, District- Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of illicit liquor has been shown from a truck. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The applicant was not the owner of the alleged truck. There is no F.S.L. report to establish that the liquor recovered was spurious or obnoxious. The applicant is in jail since 20.03.2025, having no criminal history and in case he is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the said liberty. 4.
