The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station- Beconganj, District- Kanpur Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused Arsalan and Mohd. Ujaid @ Babu in police custody. The said statements insofar as they implicates the applicant are unreliable. False recovery of beef and cow remains has been shown from a car and a loader vehicle. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. Identically placed co- accused Arsalan and Mohd. Ujaid @
