Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 279 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of UP Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Teela Mod, District- Ghaziabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It was submitted that there is no credible material against the applicant to invoke the provisions of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act and that applicant does not fall within the ambit of Gangster.
