The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 76 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, P.S.- Basdeeh Road, District- Ballia, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, recovery of 3.500 Kg ganja was shown from applicant but there is no independent witness to support the same. The essential provisions of N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with. The quantity of alleged contraband shown to be recovered from applicant is quite less than commercial quantity.
