Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 378 of 2024, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 351(3) BNS and Sections 3/25/27 Arms Act, P.S.- Kithore, District- Meerut, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The informant has lodged first information report against one Bhure @ Faisal, Hasim, Jaan Mohammad, Amir & Sher Mohammad but during investigation the said named persons were exonerated and charge-sheet has been filed against applicant. The allegation that applicant has fired bullet at foot of injured, is wholly false and there is no independent witness to support the same.
