Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He was not named in the F.I.R. nor any recovery has been made from him. General role is assigned to the applicant. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Akhil has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 13152 of 2025, copy of which has been produced before this Court and is taken on record.
