The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 467 of 2016, under Sections 3/25 Arms Act, P.S.- Hathras Junction, District- Hathras, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. In this case applicant was granted bail by learned Judicial Magistrate, Hathras vide order dated 24.11.2016 and after that applicant was regularly appearing before the trial Court. It was stated that after COVID-19 pandemic, applicant has gone out of State for work and thus, he could not appear before the trial Court concerned and non-bailable warrants were issued against applicant.
