Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 16 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 74 BNS and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S.- Ayana, District- Auraiya, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The age of victim is stated to be 17 years but her ossification test has not been conducted and in fact she is a major girl. In her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS, victim has stated that she herself has left her home and went to Auraiya and from there to Nasik by train and she met applicant there and the applicant brought her back but in the way they were apprehended by the police.
