Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 100 of 2025, under Section 329(3) BNS and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Mawana, District- Meerut, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, applicant was operator of hotel, which was earlier sealed. It was alleged that said hotel was being used for the purpose of prostitution. Learned counsel has referred contents of the first information report and statements of witnesses and submitted that there is no credible evidence against applicant. Co-accused, namely, Shahid Manager, has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench
