Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 0068 of 2025, under Sections 3, 5, 8 of UP Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11(1) f & I of Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act and Section 4/ 25 of the Arms Act, P.S.- Kotwali Kalpi, District- Jalaun, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, police have raided a place in jungle, wherein applicant and co-accused persons were indulging in cow slaughtering. Some beef and two alive cow species animals were recovered from the spot.
