The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 167 of 2024, under Sections 3/ 5A/ 8 Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, P.S.- Balua, District- Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, one cow was being carried in a vehicle for the purpose of slaughtering. It was submitted that there is no evidence of any slaughtering. The applicant was not arrested at the spot and he has been implicated in this case merely on the ground that he is a registered owner of the said vehicle.
