Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 17 of 2025, under Sections 316(5), 61(2) BNS and Section 65 I.T. Act, P.S.- Lalganj, District- Mirzapur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged recovery of mobile phones, laptop, printer etc. shown by police is wholly false. It was submitted that in this case applicant was granted bail by this Court for offences under Section 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS vide order dated 04.04.2025, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.10819 of 2025. Later, Sections 316(5), 61(2) BNS and Section 65 I.T. Act have been added and thus this second bail application has been moved on
