The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 of Prevention of Curelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station- Alinagar, District- Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from a Tata Magic vehicle. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The applicant was not the owner of the alleged vehicle. The applicant is in jail since 25.03.2025, having no criminal history and in case, he is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the said liberty. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer
